Quick Bio | Hal retired 3 times for 1 day each. CAREER ONE: His Long Island University MBA led to 12 years of award-winning marketing creations for dozens of Fortune 500 clients, including tourism-based campaigns for travel services, groups, and organizations. CAREER TWO: The next 12 years: Hal completed Fairleigh Dickinson University coursework for a Human Development MA and was named “Professor-of-the-Year” at both Pace University and Ocean County College teaching business, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, and career psychology, He started a Student Women’s Program, Student Radio Station, and a 600-student Internship program. He served as a US Army Special Instructor. CAREER THREE: In his now 38th-year career as management trainer/coach and marketing consultant, Hal coaches workshop and individual clients in customer service, communication skills, leadership/teamwork, and stress management. Fully engaged in the design and development of marketing and branding programs that get results, his creations continue to produce record client sales. Specialization in healthcare development led Hal to start: The Pennsylvania Heart Institute; Bio-Motion of America 3-D Pain Analysis; e-Healthcare Ventures; and LIFE Health & Fitness Centers expansion program. He won 2 consecutive 2-year term federal appointments to the SBA Advisory Board, was active for 5 years in the Public Affairs Section of the National Committee for Quality Healthcare (now Quality Forum) and for 5 earlier years in the Association for Humanistic Psychology. He most recently served as script (book) editor and business director/producer for an 8-performance world premiere of a 21-piece orchestra Broadway-style stage musical called “FEARLESS!” The musical was produced as a benefit for Habitat for Humanity and Mustard Seed Ranch. The 5-camera-filmed premiere is presently being edited for PBS-TV broadcast in late 2017 or early 2018 Host of his own daily radio show for 3 years and Editor for 3 magazines, Hal is a 7-time published author with a national book award and a Tennessee Tech University intern-produced video of his children’s book in verse for 3-6 year-olds targeting self-esteem development. He is now writing 2 new books, a sequel to his novel, “HIGH TIDE” and a non-fiction book on entrepreneurship in healthcare. He continues adding to his 1600 BusinessWorks.US blog posts. |
